Our Story
SouqMobi.com was launched in March 2013 in Dubai by Khawar Junjoi (Khawar Iftikhar). It was the first dedicated online price comparison website in the UAE and later expanded to serve Saudi Arabia as well.
The platform compared prices from over 150+ e-commerce stores and featured more than 300,000 products. At its peak, it attracted over 1 million monthly visitors from the UAE and KSA. It also referred more than 18,000 orders per month to partner stores, generating over 2.5 million AED in referral sales every month for merchants.
The goal was simple: help shoppers in the region easily find the best prices and make informed buying decisions in the fast-growing e-commerce market.
