Welcome to the souqmobi.com website (the "Site"). These terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") apply to the Site, and all of its divisions, subsidiaries, and affiliate-operated Internet sites which reference these Terms and Conditions.

By accessing the Site, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must not use this website.

Souqmobi reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site, without further notice. Your continued use of the Site after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Use of the Site

User Submissions

Any content you submit to the Site, including but not limited to questions, reviews, comments, ratings, suggestions, or feedback (collectively, "Submissions"), becomes the sole and exclusive property of Souqmobi upon submission and will not be returned.

By submitting, you grant us an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, and create derivative works from such Submissions. When posting reviews or comments, you also grant us the right to use the name or username you provide in connection with that content.

You agree not to submit false information, impersonate others, or mislead regarding the origin of Submissions. Souqmobi may, but is not obligated to, monitor, edit, or remove any Submissions at its discretion.

Merchants and Information Accuracy

Souqmobi aggregates and displays product information, prices, and offers from partner merchants on a best-effort basis. We do not control or verify this data in real-time and disclaim all liability for its accuracy, timeliness, or completeness.

Merchants are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including prices, images, product details, availability, delivery information, and promotions. Souqmobi shall not be liable for any errors, discrepancies, losses, damages, or third-party claims arising from reliance on information provided by merchants or displayed on the Site.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, designs, software, databases, content selection and arrangement, underlying code, and any compilations, remain the exclusive property of Souqmobi or its licensors. The Site is protected by UAE copyright laws, international conventions, and other applicable intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved. No part of the Site may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used commercially without our prior written consent.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with specific reference to the laws in force in Dubai. The United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, waiving any objections based on venue or inconvenient forum. Souqmobi does not provide services or products to any countries, entities, or individuals subject to OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions, in full compliance with UAE law and applicable international regulations.

Arbitration

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, including their validity, breach, or termination, shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Dubai, UAE, conducted in English by a single arbitrator experienced in information technology matters, in accordance with the Rules of Commercial Conciliation and Arbitration of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (as amended from time to time). The arbitration award shall be final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction. Notwithstanding the above, Souqmobi reserves the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in the courts for protection of intellectual property rights or confidential information.

Termination

Souqmobi may, at any time and without notice, terminate these Terms and Conditions, suspend or revoke your access to the Site (in whole or in part), or disable your account for any reason, including breach of these terms. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Site.

Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations (including payment obligations). Souqmobi shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination or suspension. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site or these Terms is to stop using the Site.

Merchant Cancellation Policy

Merchants may terminate their listing or partnership agreement with Souqmobi at any time by notifying their account manager via email. Termination will become effective within 48 hours of receipt of the notice, subject to any outstanding obligations.
